A soft-dried chicken jerky test developed with sweet chilli, sriracha-style sauce, paprika, onion granules and Mediterranean herbs. The target profile is tender, glossy and caramelised, with mild sweet heat and a savoury finish.

Current R&D ingredients Chicken, Cure-8 salt / nitrite sodium salt, sweet chilli sauce, sweet sriracha-style sauce / ketchup, paprika, onion granules and Italian / Mediterranean herbs.

Current R&D ingredients Chicken, Cure-8 salt / nitrite sodium salt, BBQ sauce / BBQ seasoning, paprika, onion granules and Mediterranean herbs.
Allergen note Final allergen declaration must be confirmed from the selected commercial BBQ sauce or seasoning supplier. Possible allergens may include mustard, celery, soya or gluten depending on final sauce specification.
